House ref. no. 171 (Presovska Street no. 7) built in its present form in 1779 by master-builder Antonin Barth.
It is a two-storey corner house with a mansard roof and large wall niche. It contains a house sign (the Golden Sun) and a balcony with a rococo lattice. One of the most attractive houses from the last quarter of the 18th century.
