House ref. no. 114 (Zbrojnicka Street no. 6) is the oldest in Plzen. From 1501 it was in the hands of the Tepla monastery, hence its name of Tepelsky.
It is a two-storey Gothic terraced house, rebuilt by the late 18th century and modified with a new facade in 1884.
On the ground floor, near the passageway into the courtyard, there is a corner walled by large ashlar with a Gothic base. In the centre of the building there is a square chamber with a mighty ribvaulted ceiling. The house stands on the main city street in the vicinity of the Franciscan monastery. It is proof that the building of the town probably commenced with this block.
