House ref. no. 105 (12 nam. Republiky), named after its owner Skriboniusovsky, rebuilt in Gothic style in 1588 after the joining of two original Gothic buildings.
Albrecht von Wallenstein stayed here in January 1634. An imperial captain who lived in house ref.no. 108 and, on the other side of the square (ref. no. 232), General Piccolomini were sending reports to Vienna regarding von Wallenstein's negotiations.
1723-1743 the building was restored in Baroque style by Jakub Auguston who decorated the facade with Baroque cornices, pilasters with Corinthian capitals and added a new portal.
