Link to the Historical center video clip.House ref. no. 137 (23 nam. Republiky), originally Gothic reconstructed in Renaissance style after 1595, modified in Baroque style in the 18th century. It was a replica of ref. no. 136.
Its late Renaissance appearance is the influence of Vratislav. In the late 16th century, Matyas Bakalar of Sonnenburg lived here, his interesting and valuable epitaph (he died in 1612) is in St. Bartholomew's Church.
In 1976 the building was modified to become a high-class antique shop.
